College of Physics & Center for Nanochemistry, Peking University, Beijing, China
Professional Experience:
2014-now:Principal Investigator, College of Physics, Peking University
2009-2014:Postdoctoral Researcher, Prof. Feng Wang group, Department of Physics, UC Berkeley, US
Education:
2004-2009:PhD, Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Supervisor: Prof. Enge Wang
2000-2004: Bachelor, Department of Physics, Beijing Normal University
Research:
Investigation of novel physical phenomena emerging in individual quantum structures, especially 1D carbon nanotubes system and 2D atomic layers system, by applying advanced single quantum-material level in-situ Nano-optics + TEM techniques. Current research interests are:
(1) Development of in-situ high contrast ultrafast nano-optics + TEM system
(2) Electronic and mechanical coupling in van der Waals 1D and 2D materials
(3) Ultrafast energy and electron transfer in low-dimensional materials
(4) Interaction between water and 1D carbon nanotubes
(5) In-situ micro-CVD growth
