On Feb 29th, Prof. Chen Qing'an from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP) visited the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of Peking University upon the invitation of Prof. Zhu Rong. In the same day, he visited our group at the invitation of Prof. Zhang and took a group photo with us. Prof. Chen obtained his doctoral degree from the DICP in 2012, under the supervision of Prof. Zhou Yonggui. In the same year, he went to the University of California, Irvine for postdoctoral research, collaborating with Prof. Vy M. Dong. In April 2017, he joined the DICP as a PI. His research interests include transition metal catalysis and organic synthesis.
